My subscription isn’t working. What should I do?

1. On the PianoTrax app on your mobile device, click the "Subscribe" button in the lower navigation bar.


2. Click "Restore."


3. Log in with the same email and password you use on the PianoTrax website.


4. Log into your iTunes or Google Play account if you are prompted to do so.


Now you should be able to stream full songs on your mobile device and redeem Mp3s on the website on your computer.


ALERT: You cannot be logged in to the PianoTrax mobile app on two Apple devices at the same time or two Android devices at the same time. If you're having trouble with your subscription, log out of the PianoTrax app on all mobile devices, then log back in on the device you'd like to use.
