The PianoTrax App isn't working. How do I fix it?

Here are some possible solutions you can try. Try these in order.
1. Log out and log in again.
2. Make sure you've installed the most recent version of the PianoTrax app.
3. Restart your mobile device.
4. Delete the app and re-download it (be sure to take note of your key/tempo changes before doing this because they will not be saved).
5. Update your phone's operating system.

ALERT: You cannot be logged in to the PianoTrax mobile app on two Apple devices at the same time or two Android devices at the same time. If you're having trouble purchasing or downloading within the app, log out of the PianoTrax app on all mobile devices, then log back in on the device you'd like to use.
